Many Pawdes products are customized and made-to-order based on the images and information you provide.
By submitting a photo or design request, you confirm that:
• You have the legal right to use the image
• The photo does not violate copyrights or contain inappropriate content
• The image belongs to you and can be legally used for a personalized product
We reserve the right to decline orders containing illegal, offensive, or restricted content.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order, you agree to:
• Provide accurate billing and shipping information
• Pay the full amount at checkout
• Authorize us (through payment partners) to process your payment
We may cancel or refuse an order if:
• Payment is unsuccessful
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• The information provided is incorrect or incomplete
5. Order Processing & Artwork Approval
For customized products:
• We require up to 4 business days to process and prepare your artwork
• Before shipping, we send you the final artwork for approval
• If you do not respond within 24 hours, the order will be automatically shipped using the artwork provided
Once the artwork has been approved (or 24 hours have passed), no changes or cancellations are possible.
6. Shipping
By placing an order, you acknowledge the shipping times provided on our Shipping Policy page.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customs processing times
• Issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Shipping begins only after the processing period is complete.
7. Returns & Refunds
Since our products are personalized, returns are not accepted except in cases of:
• Receiving the wrong item
• Receiving a defective or damaged product
• A mistake on our part
In such cases, customers are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
