How long does it take to receive my order?

Each order is custom-made.

Processing and artwork creation take up to 4 business days.

Once approved (or after 24 hours), your order is shipped.

Shipping times:

  • United States: 4–12 business days
  • Europe: 4–14 business days
  • Australia & Canada: 4–16 business days

Will I receive the artwork before it’s shipped?

Yes! We email the final artwork before shipping.

If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, the order is automatically shipped to avoid delays.

Can I request changes to the artwork?

Yes. You can request edits when you receive the artwork preview.

Please reply within 24 hours before it ships automatically.

After approval or auto-approval, no changes can be made.

Do you accept returns?

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, unless:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • There was an error on our side

In these cases, you may choose a full refund or a free replacement.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Simply email us with a photo and your order number.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
No need to return the damaged item.

What type of photo should I upload?

For the best results, we recommend:

  • Good natural lighting
  • Clear and sharp facial details
  • No blur, filters, or screenshots
  • Eye-level angle
  • One pet centered in the frame

You can upload extra photos, and we’ll choose the best one.

Do you work with all pet types?

Yes!

Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles — even exotic pets.

If it has a face, we can turn it into art.

Can I include multiple pets in one design?

Yes — if the product supports multiple pets.

Upload a clear photo of each pet, and we will combine them into one artwork.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order only if we haven’t started creating the artwork yet.

Once the artwork process has begun or the preview has been approved, cancellations are not possible.

Which countries do you ship to? 

We currently ship to:

  • United States: 4–12 business days
  • Europe: 4–14 business days
  • Australia & Canada: 4–16 business days

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit & debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Shop Pay (if enabled)

All payments are processed securely.

Can I include multiple pets in one design?

Yes — if the product supports multiple pets.

What if I don’t like the artwork?

Just reply to the preview email within 24 hours and request adjustments.

We’re happy to make changes.

After approval or auto-approval, no modifications can be made.

What if I uploaded the wrong photo?

If we haven’t started designing yet, we can change it.

Once the artwork is created or approved, changes cannot be made.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

Orders below $75 have a flat shipping fee of $8.99.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

What happens if I don’t respond to the artwork email?

We wait 24 hours.

If there’s no response, your order is automatically approved and shipped with the artwork we sent you.

Can I use a professional camera photo?

Absolutely!

Higher-quality photos produce better results.

Smartphone photos also work great as long as they are clear and well-lit.

Will you change my pet’s appearance?

We correct lighting and small imperfections,

but we do not alter your pet’s natural appearance.

Do you remove backgrounds, leashes, collars, or hands?

Yes — we remove backgrounds and unnecessary objects unless you request otherwise.
